Senior Marketing Manager - Product Marketing & Strategy
An experienced Senior Marketing Manager is sought to help drive business growth through strategic messaging, market insight, and cross-functional execution. This role is responsible for shaping go-to-market messaging, developing sales enablement tools, collecting market intelligence, and applying customer insights to craft compelling content that supports marketing and revenue goals.
This position requires a strong understanding of buyer behavior, competitive trends, and the ability to translate technical product capabilities into customer-focused benefits. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have a strong eye for detail, content quality, and measurable marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging that addresses key customer pain points and industry trends.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to transform technical features into benefit-driven narratives.
* Create compelling content such as solution sheets, infographics, emails, case studies, e-books, and social media posts to support demand generation.
* Lead planning and execution of targeted campaigns, leveraging SEO/SEM and digital marketing tools to drive market penetration.
* Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies in real-time to optimize lead generation and sales outcomes.
* Conduct market research to identify industry shifts and customer needs, and apply insights to marketing strategy.
* Manage cross-functional projects, working closely with marketing, sales, design, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or advertising, with a strong background in go-to-market strategy and content creation.
* Proven ability to craft messaging aligned with customer goals, challenges, and buyer personas.
* Strong skills in digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives between sales, marketing, design, and product teams.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
* Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Willingness to travel for tradeshows and events as needed.

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
